Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is €50 net. Below that, shipping does not pay off for either side. Larger quantities and combined orders are possible at any time.

How quickly do you deliver?
We manufacture every part to order. Production takes 15 to 20 working days, after which the goods reach you in 3 to 5 working days. Within Germany, shipping is free from €120 net, below that it depends on the weight, starting at €5.99. For parts to drawing we state the delivery date in the quotation.

Can I buy on account?
Yes, for business customers with 30 days net. We deliver the first order against prepayment, after that purchase on account is open to you. Alternatively you pay by bank transfer in advance.

Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, within the EU and to Switzerland. We do not deliver to the United Kingdom. Enter your VAT identification number during checkout and we will invoice within the EU without German VAT (reverse charge). Deliveries to Switzerland are tax-free export deliveries, customs duty and import VAT are borne by the recipient.

I need more than nine pieces.
Up to nine pieces per article can be ordered in the shop. For larger quantities please use the form above and you will receive a quotation with a quantity price and delivery date.
