1. General
We deliver exclusively to business customers. Shipping is carried out EU-wide via our logistics partner DHL, or by freight forwarder for large or heavy shipments.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, weight and shipping method. They are shown separately during the ordering process before the order is completed.
Within Germany, we deliver free of shipping costs for goods valued at EUR 120.00 net or more. Below this value, shipping costs are based on weight and are shown during the ordering process.
Additional costs may arise for:
- express shipping
- freight forwarding deliveries
- bulky goods or special packaging requirements
3. Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 2 working days
- All items are made to order: production usually takes 15 to 20 working days
- Transit time after dispatch: Germany 3 to 5, EU 5 to 8, Switzerland 4 to 8 working days
- Freight forwarding goods: the delivery date is agreed separately
Stated delivery times are non-binding unless they have been expressly agreed as binding. We will inform you immediately of any foreseeable delays.
4. Shipping methods
Standard shipping is by DHL parcel. DHL Express or freight forwarding are available as options. The shipping method is selected during the ordering process or determined by us based on weight and dimensions.
5. Delivery area
We deliver within Germany, to all member states of the European Union and to Switzerland. No customs formalities apply within the EU.
For deliveries to companies with a valid VAT identification number in another EU member state, the delivery is made as a tax-exempt intra-Community supply, provided the legal requirements are met. Please provide us with your VAT ID number before invoicing.
Deliveries to Switzerland are made as tax-exempt export deliveries without German VAT. Any customs duties, import VAT and fees are borne by the recipient.
Deliveries to other third countries outside the EU are possible on request. Any customs duties, import VAT and fees are likewise borne by the recipient.
6. Transfer of risk
As we deliver exclusively to business customers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the transport service provider.
7. Transport damage
Please check the shipment for externally visible damage upon receipt and have any damage noted directly by the carrier on the consignment note. In addition, please report transport damage to us immediately in writing, if possible with photos.
8. Delays
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, strikes, official measures or disruptions in the supply chain. The delivery obligation is suspended for the duration of the disruption.
9. Shipping restrictions
- Delivery to Packstation parcel lockers is possible for parcel shipping, but not for freight forwarding goods
- Freight forwarding goods are delivered to the kerbside; unloading and onward transport are the customer's responsibility
- For freight forwarding deliveries, we require a telephone number for delivery notification
